Mom love collecting plants and seeds and passed that interest to her sons. in 1995, I found a few tiny sugar maple seedlings while visiting the Berkshire Mountain region of Massachusetts and brought the home to Tennessee in a styrofoam cup. Fast forward 24 years and these 30 foot beauties remind me of our visit those many years ago. Their dark green summer foliage and beautiful autumn display are a delight.
Doug and Marcy Wielfaert are a husband and wife team located in Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains.
