Artist's Description
The Wheatly River United Church on Prince Edward Island, Canada, was decommissioned in the early 2000s, and then sold and moved a few hundred yards. The Prince Edward Island United Church Council had a policy that any church sold for private use must have its steeple removed so not to confuse it with an operational church .
Doing business as Marcy’s Photo Journey, Doug and Marcy Wielfaert are a husband and wife team located in Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains.
