Marcy and I awoke with delight one recent November morning to what we figured would be perfect conditions to capture fog images. We had so many options and wondered where to start. We finally settled on visiting a favorite area along the waters of the Clinch River below Melton Hill Dam near Oak Ridge Tennessee. This willow is our favorite take-away from that location.
