Description
July is winter on the Serengeti Plains of Tanzania. With a dead tree outside our Safari tent, we figured that we might have a good chance at capturing a nice morning landscape image. We managed to roll out of bed about 30 minutes before sunrise and quietly unzipped our tent flap to see what might await. The clear, dry air did bring us a beautiful blue hour scene and Marcy and I managed to grab our camera and tripods and click off a few shots before the stork flew away and the colors faded.
