We encountered this whimsical crested or tufted puffin on a tour of Resurrection Bay, a fjord of the Gulf of Alaska on the Kenai Peninsula, near Seward.
Doug and Marcy Wielfaert are a husband and wife team located in Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains.
